Lucid Trader Funding Review
Detailed review based on our personal trading experience
Overview
Lucid Trader Funding completely overhauled their live program structure in 2026, launching the "LucidFlex" one-time fee plans. Removing recurring monthly subscriptions and activation fees entirely, they offer a very competitive entry point. The Flex 50K plan features a $3,000 profit target, a $2,000 End-of-Day (EOD) trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit, and can be passed in as few as 5 days. Payouts start with a generous 90/10 split once live, with requests processed in minutes. During the evaluation phase, a 50% consistency rule is active (removed once funded), and all trades must satisfy a 30-second minimum hold time. With expanded support for NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Quantower, and Rithmic, Lucid Flex is a highly appealing one-time fee option.

The Consensus
Sentiment is moderately mixed. While traders appreciate their simple EOD trailing drawdown, lack of activation fees, and fast payout processing, there is substantial skepticism due to strict KYC rules (which has led to payout denials based on residency) and occasional copy-trading breaches.
